Small amounts of cooked morogo (wild spinach/African leafy greens) are generally tolerated, following the same oxalate caution that applies to cultivated spinach.
Like cultivated spinach, morogo varieties contain oxalates that, in large regular amounts, can be a concern for dogs prone to bladder or kidney stones. Occasional small servings aren't a practical concern for most healthy dogs.
